Whether you’re planning close to home or saying “I do” somewhere special, our planning services are designed to meet you where you are and guide you through the process with clarity, care, and confidence.
A Quick Note on Guest Count
Unlike our pre planned micro wedding packages, our planning only services support weddings of any size. There is no guest count limit when booking our planning services.
For weddings with more than 200 guests, an additional $325 onsite support fee applies. This allows us to provide additional Wedding Auntie Team coverage on the wedding day to ensure every detail is managed with care and attention.

Day Of Coordination
Starts 8 weeks before your wedding date | $2,000

This package is perfect for couples who want a trusted professional to step in during the final stretch and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Includes:
• Up to twelve hours of wedding day coordination
• Venue walk-through and planning sessions
• A detailed wedding day timeline that keeps everyone on track
• Vendor confirmations and day of management
• On-site coordination and problem-solving from setup through cleanup
Full Service Wedding Planning
Up to 15 months of planning support | $3,500
From “where do we start” to “it was perfect,” this is full support with your Wedding Auntie leading the way.
Ideal for couples who want guidance, structure, and a steady voice throughout the planning process without booking years in advance.
Includes everything in Day Of Coordination plus:
• Venue and vendor search and booking support
• Curated vendor recommendations you can trust
• Monthly planning calls to keep things moving
• A shared planning spreadsheet for budget and vendor tracking
• Seating chart and layout guidance
• Rehearsal coordination up to two hours
• Décor setup of personal items such as signage, framed photos, and programs
• Ongoing communication and full planning oversight
Destination & Out of State Wedding Planning
For weddings taking place outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, that require airfare and overnight accommodations.
Destination Day Of Coordination
Starts 8 weeks before your wedding date | $3,500 plus travel
You plan the celebration. I’ll handle the logistics and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Includes:
• Pre-wedding planning support beginning eight weeks prior
• Venue walk-through or virtual venue review
• A detailed wedding day timeline
• Vendor confirmations and management
• Up to twelve hours of on-site wedding day coordination
Destination Full Service Wedding Planning
Up to 15 months of planning support | $6,000 plus travel
Big vision. New city. Same calm, confident guidance.
Designed for couples who want end-to-end planning support, including venue and vendor sourcing, with your Wedding Auntie managing the details from start to finish.
Includes:
• Full service planning from booking through wedding day
• A customized planning timeline and task management
• Monthly planning meetings
• Venue research, shortlisting, and contract guidance
• Vendor research, curation, and booking support
• Overall design and logistics guidance
• Seating chart and layout support
• Rehearsal coordination up to two hours
• Vendor confirmations and timeline distribution
• Lead planner on site for wedding day execution
Travel & Additional Information
For destination weddings, all travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the client and are invoiced separately. Travel expenses include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and daily per diem for travel days.
To ensure a smooth wedding weekend, our team arrives one day prior to the wedding and departs the day following the event.
Officiant services are not included in planning packages and are contracted separately.
