Whether your wedding is down the street or across the country, The Wedding Auntie steps in 90 days before your wedding date to take everything off your plate. Timelines, vendor communication, rehearsal, the walk-through, and the wedding day itself. You enjoy it. We run it.
A Quick Note on Guest Count
No guest count limit. Our coordination services support weddings of any size. For weddings with more than 150 guests, an additional onsite support fee applies to ensure full Wedding Auntie Team coverage.
Dallas–Fort Worth Day of Coordination
For weddings taking place within the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas metro area.
You have done the hard part. Now hand it off and be present on your wedding day.
- Coordination support beginning 90 days prior to your wedding date
- Kickoff call to review your vision, vendors, and wedding day priorities
- Full wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors
- Complete vendor takeover — we handle all communication from the 90-day mark forward
- Venue walkthrough with you prior to the wedding date
- Rehearsal coordination for up to two hours
- Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination with a dedicated Wedding Auntie assistant as well
- On-site problem solving from setup through send-off
- Setup of personal décor items such as signage, framed photos, and programs
Destination & Out of Area Wedding Planning
For weddings taking place outside of the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas metro area, including elsewhere in Texas, other U.S. states, and international locations.
Destination Day of Coordination
$4,500 + airfare

Travel & Additional Information
Travel & Accommodations
Destination package pricing includes standard hotel accommodations for your coordinator for continental U.S. weddings. Airfare is the client’s responsibility and is invoiced separately at actual cost prior to the wedding date.
For weddings held at resort properties, Your Wedding Auntie accommodations are the client’s responsibility and are arranged through the venue room block or invoiced separately.
Your Wedding Auntie arrives one day prior to the wedding and departs the day following the event.
Officiant services are not included in coordination packages and are contracted separately.
