The Wedding Auntie Jennifer Allen steps in 45 days before your wedding date to take over the logistics that should no longer be sitting on your plate. We handle the timeline, vendor communication, walkthrough, rehearsal, and wedding day execution so you can stop managing the wedding and actually enjoy it.
A Quick Note on Guest Count
There is no guest count limit for our coordination services.
For weddings with 150 guests or more, an additional $400 onsite support fee applies so we can provide the appropriate Wedding Auntie Team coverage for your event.
Dallas Fort Worth Day of Coordination
For weddings taking place within the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas metro area.

What’s Included
• Coordination support beginning 45 days prior to your wedding date
• Kickoff call to review your wedding plans, vendors, priorities, and remaining logistics
• Full wedding day timeline creation and distribution to your vendor team
• Complete vendor takeover beginning at the 45 day mark
• Venue walkthrough with you prior to the wedding date
• Rehearsal coordination for up to 2 hours
• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination
• Dedicated Wedding Auntie assistant on the wedding day
• Onsite problem solving from setup through send off
• Setup of personal decor items such as signage, framed photos, programs, candles, and other preassembled personal details

Additional onsite support: $400
Destination and Out of Area Coordination
For weddings taking place outside of the Dallas Fort Worth metro area, including other areas of Texas, other U.S. states, and international destinations.
Destination Day of Coordination
$5,500 + airfare

• Coordination support beginning 45 days prior to your wedding date
• Kickoff call to review your wedding plans, vendors, priorities, and remaining logistics
• Full wedding day timeline creation and distribution to your vendor team
• Complete vendor takeover beginning at the 45 day mark
• In-person venue walkthrough available upon request. An in-person walkthrough requires round-trip airfare and 1 night of hotel accommodations for your Wedding Auntie, paid by the client
• Rehearsal coordination for up to 2 hours
• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination
• Dedicated Wedding Auntie assistant on the wedding day
• Onsite problem solving from setup through send off
• Setup of personal decor items such as signage, framed photos, programs, candles, and other preassembled personal details

Travel and Additional Information
Travel and Accommodations
Destination coordination pricing includes standard hotel accommodations for your coordinator for weddings within the continental United States.
Airfare is the client’s responsibility and is invoiced separately at actual cost prior to the wedding date.
For weddings held at resort properties, Wedding Auntie accommodations are the client’s responsibility and are arranged through the venue room block or invoiced separately.
Your Wedding Auntie arrives 1 day prior to the wedding and departs the day following the event.
Officiant services are not included in coordination packages and are contracted separately.
